1. The Natural History Museum - 5 minutes walk from the school.

5. Kings Road (fashion boutiques and cafes). Take the 49 bus to Chelsea Town Hall or take the Underground to Sloane Square.

6. Hyde Park - 10 minutes walk - visit the Serpentine Gallery (free); there are cafes and you can take a boat out on the river in the summer. The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain is open.

7. Kensington High Street (for shopping) and Kensington Palace. Take the 49 or 70 Bus or go by Underground on Circle (yellow) Line.

8. Holland Park (49 Bus) - a wild and wonderful park and a beautiful Japanese Garden.

9. Visit Christies Auction Gallery.

10. Harrods Department Store in Knightsbridge (go by underground or take the 74 or 14 bus direct).
